Manārāt
مَنَاراتThe lives that light the way, beginning with the prophets named in the Qur'an, and growing, with care, to the companions, the scholars and imams, and inspiring lives across the tradition. Each told to uplift and illuminate.
We celebrate the light each figure brought to the world. If a life inspires across the ummah, it belongs here. If it can only be told by taking a side, it waits. The inspirational lens is itself the filter: what unites tends to be what inspires.
The Prophets الأنبياء
An interactive family tree from Adam to Muhammad ﷺ, with the lines drawn honestly, solid where the Qur'an states a link, dashed for tradition, dotted across the generations.
Ahl al-Bayt & Companions
The household of the Prophet ﷺ and the companions revered across the ummah, presented for faith, character, courage, and sacrifice. No ranking, no comparison.
Scholars & Imams
The scholars whose knowledge benefited all, the four imams, the scholars of Qur'an and hadith, and those whose contribution to ʿilm still guides us.
Inspiring Lives
Lives of striving and light, the women of strength and learning, the freed slave who rose to lead, the hafiz who carried it all. The darajat of ordinary devotion.
How each life is told
- The whole life — faith, character, statecraft, and legacy. Political leadership and the weight of history are part of the story. We give them their due alongside faith, knowledge, sacrifice, and contribution.
- Honest certainty, inherited from the prophets tree. Dates, places, and kinship or teacher–student links are marked as attested, traditional, or uncertain. We never manufacture precision.
- No ranking, no comparison. We celebrate each; we rank none.
- Curated and finite. This is a reverent gallery, not an encyclopedia. A bounded set of broadly-loved figures, grown only as it can be done well.
Every figure passes a double gate. Each life, date, and link is verified by a qualified scholar before publication — authentic biography written to speak to the whole ummah, rising above sectarian perception rather than being shaped by it. That is why this grows slowly and deliberately, the care is the point.
