Surah Al-Insan · Man76:30
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا ٣٠
And you do not will except that Allāh wills. Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise.
