Surah Al-Insan 76:28 — "We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will…"

Surah Al-Insan · Man76:28

نَّحْنُ خَلَقْنَـٰهُمْ وَشَدَدْنَآ أَسْرَهُمْ ۖ وَإِذَا شِئْنَا بَدَّلْنَآ أَمْثَـٰلَهُمْ تَبْدِيلًا ۝٢٨

We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration.
