Surah Al-An'am · The Cattle6:18
وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ 18
And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, the Aware.
