Surah Al-An'am · The Cattle6:149

قُلْ فَلِلَّهِ ٱلْحُجَّةُ ٱلْبَـٰلِغَةُ ۖ فَلَوْ شَآءَ لَهَدَىٰكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ۝١٤٩

Say, "With Allāh is the far-reaching [i.e., conclusive] argument. If He had willed, He would have guided you all."
