Surah Ar-Rum · The Romans30:5

بِنَصۡرِ ٱللَّهِۚ يَنصُرُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ 5

In the victory of Allāh. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
