Surah An-Nahl · The Bee16:40

إِنَّمَا قَوْلُنَا لِشَىْءٍ إِذَآ أَرَدْنَـٰهُ أَن نَّقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ ۝٤٠

Indeed, Our word to a thing when We intend it is but that We say to it, "Be," and it is.
