Surah Al-Anfal · The Spoils of War8:18
ذَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ١٨
That [is so], and [also] that Allāh will weaken the plot of the disbelievers.
