Surah Al-Ma'arij · The Ascending Stairways70:40
فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَـٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَـٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَـٰدِرُونَ ٤٠
So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able
