Surah Al-A'raf · The Heights7:102

وَمَا وَجَدۡنَا لِأَكۡثَرِهِم مِّنۡ عَهۡدٖۖ وَإِن وَجَدۡنَآ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَفَٰسِقِينَ 102

And We did not find for most of them any covenant; but indeed, We found most of them defiantly disobedient.
