Surah As-Saff · The Ranks61:3
كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُوا۟ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ ٣
Greatly hateful in the sight of Allāh is that you say what you do not do.
