Surah Al-An'am · The Cattle6:18

وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ ۝١٨

And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, the Aware.
