Surah Qaf · Qaf50:18
مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ ١٨
He [i.e., man] utters no word except that with him is an observer prepared [to record].
