Surah Muhammad 47:22 — "So would you perhaps, if you turned away, cause corruption on earth…"

فَهَلۡ عَسَيۡتُمۡ إِن تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ أَن تُفۡسِدُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَتُقَطِّعُوٓاْ أَرۡحَامَكُمۡ 22

So would you perhaps, if you turned away, cause corruption on earth and sever your [ties of] relationship?
