Surah Az-Zukhruf · The Ornaments of Gold43:4
وَإِنَّهُۥ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ ٤
And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book with Us, exalted and full of wisdom.
