Surah Ghafir · The Forgiver40:71
إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَـٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ ٧١
When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged
