Surah Ya-Sin · Ya-Sin36:8

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَـٰلًا فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ ۝٨

Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft.
