Surah Ash-Shu'ara · The Poets26:10

وَإِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئْتِ ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ ۝١٠

And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people -
