Surah Al-Mu'minun · The Believers23:102

فَمَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ ۝١٠٢

And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful.
