الٓر ۚ تِلْكَ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ وَقُرْءَانٍ مُّبِينٍ ١
Alif, Lām, Rā. These are the verses of the Book and a clear Qur’ān [i.e., recitation].
