Surah Ar-Ra'd · The Thunder13:39
يَمْحُوا۟ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٣٩
Allāh eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
